Fall 2021 College Advising

We are ready for you, Class of 2022!

While we may or may not have had the chance to meet all of you, the ASP college advising staff is ready, willing, and able to help you with all things related to college and financial aid.  Whether you need one-on-one advising or want to attend our small group workshops, college advising support will be available in-person to students and families from all of our high schools.

Here are a few things you can be doing right now to get ready for the upcoming year!

Meet with Your College Advisor

Every ASP high school has a dedicated college advisor whose job is to help students with everything related to college applications, financial aid applications, scholarships and more!  They are here to help you get every detail of your college applications, essays, and financial aid applications right. Our campus office is designed to be a safe space for students, as well as a place to drop in to talk about whatever is on your mind and get things done for college!  To find your advisor’s contact information, head over to our staff page or join your high school’s remind account and shoot them a message!

Join Your School’s ASP Remind Account

To keep up to date with all upcoming workshops, events, scholarships, fly-ins and more, make sure you join the ASP Class of 2022 Remind account by using the links below.  We promise not to spam you, but we will use this account to inform students and parents about upcoming workshops, deadlines and college programming throughout the year.

Set Up Your SCOIR Account

Students and parents are invited to set up a SCOIR account to start building their college lists, exploring affordability, or completing a career assessment.  ASP partners with SCOIR to manage students’ college lists and applications, send teacher recommendations and required documents (including transcripts), track scholarships and more.  There is also a career survey if you aren’t sure what you want to do with your life or you want to analyze your strengths!  Even if you’re not a senior, you can still set up a SCOIR account and start exploring!

You can set up your account by using school’s link below.  Parents are also welcome to set up an account to monitor their student’s progress and learn more about college costs!

College Visits, Workshops & More

ASP partners with colleges and universities around the country to help assist students with all parts of the college process, including the college search!  There will be ample time to get assistance with your applications and essays, too.  Make sure to bookmark our calendar to stay up to date!
