I am thrilled to serve as an ASP Advisor at Adamson High School. Hailing from East Dallas, I take pride in being a product of Dallas ISD, with my roots traced back to North Dallas High School (GO BULLDOGS!). As a first-generation college graduate, my educational journey led me to the University of North Texas at Dallas and later a Master of Social Work, specializing in children and families, from the University of Texas at Arlington.

I previously worked with students in a one-to-one setting, guiding them in setting toward achieving their goals. Over the past 6 years, I have immersed myself in the field of education, gaining valuable experience across various positions of working with families. Presently, I also contribute to private practice as an individual coach for both children and adults. My previous roles have contributed to a deepened my understanding of the significance of establishing meaningful relationships, particularly with children. I’m genuinely passionate about education for everyone and eagerly anticipate the opportunity to assist students in identifying their college careers. Equally, I’m committed to guiding their families through the process.

Outside of work, I find great joy in spending time with my family! Baking cookies and cakes with my boys is something we each enjoy very much. My husband and I also love engaging in family activities around town, creating fun memories for our children.
